Statement: Hometown, Fresno, CA. Married with 3 daughters. I have worked in various areas of Dietetics, including hospital settings, extended care and various clinics. I worked in food safety and sanitation for 7 years and that was the focus of my thesis. This is my first year teaching full time. I enjoy all my classes. One of the classes I am teaching is Sports Nutrition and I am part of the California Sports Medicine Institute here at CSU Fresno, which is still in its infancy.
